The National Council of Young Leaders is Opportunity Youth United’s steering committee. Since 2012, we have developed and updated our Recommendations to Increase Opportunity and Decrease Poverty in America, made decisive decisions regarding our strategic direction, and represented Opportunity Youth in public gatherings all over the country.
